Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Certain products (e.g., personalized items or gift cards) are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return:
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order details.
Follow the instructions to receive your return label.
Ship the item(s) back using the provided label.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges:
Need a different size or item? Contact us, and we’ll happily assist with an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged or wrong product, email us at madjackgolfllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll resolve it quickly.
